Physiotherapy Services

Running Physiotherapy Assessment
75 minutes / $140
Start here! This is a personalized, one-on-one session conducted through a secure online platform. We’ll begin by discussing your injury history, training background, and specific running goals. Then, I’ll guide you through a functional movement assessment to identify any imbalances or limitations. Based on these findings, we’ll develop a tailored plan to help you recover efficiently and get back to running safely and without pain as quickly as possible.
Running Physiotherapy Follow Up
30 minutes / $80
During this session, we’ll review your progress, evaluate how you’re responding to the treatment plan, and make any necessary adjustments. I’ll also be available to answer any questions you may have, ensuring you stay on track towards your running goals with the right guidance and support.
Running Physiotherapy Follow Up (Extended)
45 minutes / $100
If your injury is particularly complex or we’re dealing with more than one area at a time, this option provides us with more time to address your concerns.
The Process
Book your 75 minute assessment (see button below!)
You will receive an email with an intake form so I can get to understand more about your current injury, previous running status, and goals.
We’ll connect virtually using Jane App for your assessment. During your assessment we’ll review your intake form, I’ll take you through a functional movement screen, and we’ll chat about options to help manage your pain and modify your training.
Most runners choose to follow-up with me every 1-2 weeks to help minimize pain and improve strength (aka get you back to your running goals FASTER). However, this is something we can discuss during your assessment.
We will continue to work together until you’re fully recovered and have the confidence to fully return to training.
